Rules
- no solids for 7 days only acception (celery)
 - drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water
 - drink as much green tea as you want
 - no caffeine! (too harmful to the liver)
 - no alcohol
 - you may have juice, non caffeinated drinks such as coffee and pop and smoothies!
 - consume something every 2-3 hrs (ex. 10Breakfast, 12Lunch, 3Snack, 6Dinner)
 - No animal products! when making smoothies use almond milk
 - Protein drinks with low sugar are acceptable
 - DONT cheat!
