get thin Day 1

starting a 7 day cleanse/fast
with my friend today

hope i drop the weight
cant wait to see bones again!

i know i keep doing this
it sucks. but now i have
support and help from
a friend!

btw mia came back last night
she loves to sabotage me


  1. no solids for 7 days only acception (celery)
  2. drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water
  3. drink as much green tea as you want
  4. no caffeine! (too harmful to the liver)
  5. no alcohol
  6. you may have juice, non caffeinated drinks such as coffee and pop and smoothies!
  7. consume something every 2-3 hrs (ex. 10Breakfast, 12Lunch, 3Snack, 6Dinner)
  8. No animal products! when making smoothies use almond milk
  9. Protein drinks with low sugar are acceptable 
  10. DONT cheat!
