Birthday wish/promise

i promise to be 135 by the end of this month
no exceptions
wish me luck

PLAN

  1. Work out 5-6 times a week
    we all need at least one day of freedom!
  2. Nothing unhealthy
    unless it can be controlled, like diet soda (yea unhealthy i know)
  3. Daily blogs and motivations
    i will try and update you guys at least 3-5 times a week.
