salad + dressing 200 cal
and i feel fat

about to go run for 30 mins
sooo there goes 250 of the cals
and the other 50 will be burned of by regular things
plus im having tea later
enough that will burn up to 25cal
idk why i feel fat tho
i guess guilt maybe...
anyone else have a guilty case atm?
