im about to go on a 40min run on my oliptical
soo yea its only 40 mins and i'll probs burn 300+
cal, depending how fast i go
soo im diong thiins for me
too see if im strong
and if i can get stronger

in the spring i am
hoping to go and try out for
the girls rugby team at my school
sooo i must train lol
plus ill get into shape
lose weight =] again haha
