Fail... bleck

i went shopping and what not today
but i ended up consuming 1500 cals
... some stuff went down and I'm so
disgusted in myself... how could i F
up so bad...

Need to be 135 by Saturday, 
1.2 lbs to go... today i tripped
tomorrow I will restrain...

mall again after school,
so least I'll be away from
food, when I get home 
maybe I will work out
go to a friends possibly

Tomorrows Food Plan:
150 drink
15 other drink
15 other drink (again)
20 salad

200 cals... I better stick with it!
