  1. if you chug a ton of water, it totally kills cravings. that's what i do. and also try to avoid the kitchen best you can. hope this helps...
    if not, try buying foods like miso soup, not even 100 calories to a cup, and since its liquid u can kinda have a lot of it and it's still ok
